护理干预对脑肿瘤术后颅内低压综合征患者的作用探讨

【摘要】：目的分析探讨护理干预在脑肿瘤术后颅内低压综合征患者临床护理中的效果与作用。方法随机选择2011-08-2013-08我院接受治疗的脑肿瘤术后颅内低压综合征患者80例作为调查分析对象,将所选取患者随机分为两组,每组患者数量均为40例,采用不同的护理模式对两组患者进行护理,采用综合护理干预模式进行护理的一组患者作为观察组,采用常规护理模式的一组患者作为对照组,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果通过一段时间的护理工作后可以发现,观察组患者护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,而且通过对两组患者颅内压力恢复正常所用时间以及患者总住院接受治疗时间来看,观察组患者明显短于对照组,并且两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对于脑肿瘤术后颅内低压综合征患者的护理来讲,采用综合护理干预具有更好的效果,不仅能够快的让患者血压恢复正常,而且还能够有效的缩短患者住院时间,值得在临床护理中加以推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect and effect of nursing intervention in patients with intracranial low-pressure syndrome after brain tumor operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with intracranial low pressure syndrome who were treated in our hospital from 2011-08 to 2013-08 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. Two groups of patients were nursing with different nursing models, one group of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention model as observation group, and one group of patients with routine nursing model as control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results after a period of nursing work, it was found that the patients' satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the time taken to restore the intracranial pressure to normal and the total hospitalization time of the patients in the two groups were analyzed. The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for the nursing of patients with intracranial low pressure syndrome after brain tumor operation, comprehensive nursing intervention is more effective. It can not only make the blood pressure return to normal quickly, but also shorten the hospitalization time of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
