合并冠心病骨折患者的临床护理要点研究

【摘要】：目的探讨合并冠心病骨折患者的临床护理要点。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的合并冠心病骨折患者80例进行实验,随机分为常规组和干预组,各40例。常规组进行常规护理,干预组患者在常规护理基础上加以护理干预,分析比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果干预组患者总有效率97.5%(39/40)明显高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论护理干预应用于合并冠心病骨折患者可以有效提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing points of patients with coronary heart disease fracture. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 80 patients with coronary heart disease fracture were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group, 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group, and nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of routine nursing in the intervention group, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results the total effective rate was 97.5% (39 / 40) in the intervention group and 80.0% (32 / 40) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease fracture can effectively improve the nursing quality and promote the early recovery of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
