促进乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂治疗患者骨健康的干预研究

【摘要】：目的观察护理干预对促进乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂治疗患者骨健康的效果。方法通过方便抽样方法选取符合纳入标准患者60例,进行骨质疏松知识问卷调查和骨密度检测,然后对其进行一对一的个体化知识教育、大课堂教育、持续电话随访和QQ群随访等干预,1年后再次进行骨质疏松知识问卷调查和骨密度检测及饮食和锻炼行为调查。结果干预前骨质疏松知识总分均值(13.68±6.08)分,骨质疏松危险因素、运动知识及钙知识维度标准分分别为(47.42±26.58)分、(58.33±26.51)分、(54.29±28.91)分,干预后骨质疏松知识总分均值(20.22±3.11)分,骨质疏松危险因素、运动知识及钙知识维度标准分分别为(78.79±10.80)分、(73.75±20.80)分、(80.71±19.65)分,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),骨密度检测干预后骨质正常例数增多,但干预前后比较无统计学意义(P0.05);同时患者饮食和锻炼行为方面也有显著的改进,建立适应个体的饮食结构和锻炼方式,骨质疏松症状进行了及时的治疗。结论护理干预可以促进乳腺癌芳香化酶抑制剂治疗患者骨健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of nursing intervention on promoting bone health of breast cancer patients treated with aromatase inhibitor. Methods 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected by convenient sampling method. The knowledge of osteoporosis was investigated by questionnaire and bone mineral density (BMD) was measured, and then one-to-one individualized knowledge education and large classroom education were carried out on them. After continuous telephone follow-up and QQ group follow-up, osteoporosis knowledge questionnaire, bone mineral density (BMD) and diet and exercise behavior were investigated again one year later. Results before intervention, the average score of the total knowledge of osteoporosis was (13.68 卤6.08), the standard scores of osteoporosis risk factors, exercise knowledge and calcium knowledge were (47.42 卤26.58), (58.33 卤26.51), (54.29 卤28.91), respectively. The standard scores of motor knowledge and calcium knowledge were (78.79 卤10.80), (73.75 卤20.80), (80.71 卤19.65), respectively. But there was no significant difference before and after intervention (P0.05); at the same time, there were significant improvements in diet and exercise behavior of patients. Conclusion Nursing intervention can promote bone health of breast cancer patients treated with aromatase inhibitor.
