行动研究在社区护理实践中的应用进展

【摘要】：正行动研究最初是为解决教育理论与实践之间脱节现象而提出的教育研究方法,其基本内涵是:行动者为解决实践中的问题而进行的研究〔1〕。自90年代以来,开始在护理领域中应用。当前,我国人口老龄化快速发展、慢性病增多,家庭护理需求增加〔2〕,促使社区护理服务处于全面深入的变革发展时期。行动研究作为一种以解决实际问题为指向的研究方法,有益于推动社区护理发展,促进护理实践与理论衔接,对社区护理发
[Abstract]:The research on positive action was originally put forward to solve the disconnection between educational theory and practice. Its basic connotation is: the research of actors to solve the problems in practice (1). It has been applied in the field of nursing since the 1990 s. At present, the rapid development of aging population, the increase of chronic diseases and the increase of family nursing demand (2) promote the development of community nursing service in a comprehensive and in-depth reform and development period. As a research method aimed at solving practical problems, action research is beneficial to promote the development of community nursing, promote the connection between nursing practice and theory, and promote the development of community nursing.
