对乳腺癌患者实施手术室舒适护理的相关影响分析

【摘要】：目的探究应用手术室舒适护理对乳腺癌患者的影响效果。方法根据河北医科大学第四医院收治的80例乳腺癌行手术治疗的患者为研究对象,按入院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,分别实施手术室舒适护理和常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度。结果实验组患者舒适度评估中均优于对照组患者,且比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组患者对护理工作的满意度为100%,对照组满意度为87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌手术患者应用舒适护理可以提高患者的舒适度和护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of comfortable nursing in operating room on breast cancer patients. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer treated by surgery in the fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission. Comfortable nursing and routine nursing in operating room were performed respectively. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05), the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 100, the satisfaction degree in the control group was 87.5, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion comfort nursing can improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of breast cancer patients, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
