非污染区普通人群尿中多环芳烃羟基代谢产物初步调查
[Abstract]:In order to understand the level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) hydroxyl metabolites in urine of the general population in non-polluted areas, and to explore the internal exposure of PAHs in the non-polluted population, the basic data were provided for the load study of PAHs in the polluted population. Sixty-three villagers were randomly selected from rural non-polluted areas in September 2014 to collect the middle part of their morning urine. The concentrations of various monohydroxy polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in urine were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the detection rate of 1-hydroxy pyrene 3-hydroxybenzo [a] pyrene was 2.62053.98940.540.5644150.339 47.728 渭 g / g, respectively. The detection rate of 1-hydroxy-phenanthroline 2-hydroxy-phenanthroline 3-hydroxy-phenanthroline was 16.2884.65 ~ 23.26.The average concentration was 2.62053.98940.240.5644150.339 47.3502.232,232.232,435.728 3 渭 g / g crr. The detectable rates of 1-hydroxypyrene and 3-hydroxybenzo [a] pyrene in urine samples of children were 15250.60%, respectively. The average concentrations of 1-hydroxyphenanthrene, 3-hydroxyphenanthrene, 2-hydroxyphenanthroline, 2-hydroxylnaphthalene, 2-hydroxyfluorene and 9-hydroxyfluorene were 0.350 6, 0.119, 4159.279 4159.279, 1.571, 1.789, 228.082 8 渭 g / g cr. respectively. The detection rate and detection level of 2-hydroxynaphthalene in adult urine samples were higher than those in children (P0.05). The results suggested that there was a positive rate of OH-PAHs in urine samples of non-polluted population, and there were differences in OH-PAHs levels between adults and children, which provided basic data for further exposure of PAHs metabolites in polluted population.
