2型糖尿病患者乐观心理的调查分析

【摘要】:目的调查并分析2型糖尿病患者乐观心理现状及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法抽取2型糖尿病患者245例,通过一般情况调查表、乐观问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果糖尿病患者乐观心理平均得分130.74±19.23,得分率69.17%;不同文化程度、人均月收入、家庭成员关系的患者其乐观心理得分差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);文化程度、人均月收入可解释糖尿病患者乐观心理变化的25.5%。结论 2型糖尿病患者乐观心理处于中等水平,文化程度高、人均月收入高的患者表现出更好的乐观心理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of optimism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 245 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected by convenient sampling and surveyed by general questionnaire and optimistic questionnaire. Results the average score of optimism in diabetic patients was 130.74 卤19.23, and the score rate was 69.17.The patients with different education level, per capita monthly income, family relationship had significant difference (P0.01); The monthly income per person can explain the change of the optimistic psychology of the diabetic patients 25. 5%. Conclusion the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with high education level and high monthly income showed better optimism.
