综合护理措施在脑出血偏瘫患者的运用

【摘要】:目的分析综合护理措施在脑出血偏瘫患者的运用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年1月收治的脑出血偏瘫患者100例作为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组,各50例,予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组综合护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的Barthel指数评分、Harris评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论综合护理措施运用在脑出血偏瘫病人护理中,能促使病人肢体早日康复,并改善其生活质量,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia. Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results the Barthel index scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after nursing care (P0.05). Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing measures in the nursing care of hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage can promote the early recovery of limbs and improve their quality of life, which is worth popularizing.
