诱导脑部损伤患儿主动训练的电子手套

【摘要】:多数脑部损伤患儿患侧手指肌张力大,拇指呈内收状态,无法完成手指的张合动作,存在着手功能损伤。然而,临床上患儿手功能康复训练方式单调枯燥,不符合患儿的心理特点。该文设计了一种基于患儿心理特点的利用声、光信号诱导患儿主动训练的电子手套,并在中国康复研究中心进行了临床实验。实验表明:患儿患侧手指表面肌电信号的中位频率在康复训练后增大,说明用手套进行康复训练使患儿患侧肌肉耐力提高;静息状态下,患侧大鱼际肌与拇长伸肌表面肌电信号均方根与平均幅值在康复训练后减小,表明静息状态下大鱼际肌与拇长伸肌肌张力下降,患儿患侧手指运动控制能力增强。实验结果验证了该电子手套在脑部损伤患儿手功能康复训练中的有效性。
[Abstract]:Most of the children suffered from brain injury had large tension of finger muscle, adductive state of thumb, unable to complete finger opening, and hand function injury. However, the rehabilitation training of hand function is monotonous and does not accord with the psychological characteristics of children. Based on the psychological characteristics of children, a kind of electronic gloves which is induced by acoustic and optical signals to train children's initiative is designed, and a clinical experiment is carried out in China Rehabilitation Research Center. The results showed that the median frequency of EMG signal on the finger surface of the affected side increased after rehabilitation training, which indicated that the muscle endurance of the affected side was improved by using gloves. The root-mean-square (RMS) and mean amplitude of the surface EMG signals of the affected thenar muscles and the extensor pollicis longus decreased after rehabilitation training, which indicated that the tension of the thenar muscles and the extensor pollicis longus decreased under resting condition, and the movement control ability of the affected fingers was enhanced. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the electronic glove in the rehabilitation training of children with brain injury.
