风险管理理念在精神科护理流程再造中的应用分析

【摘要】：目的观察精神病科患者的护理流程同时结合风险管理理念进行再造,分析其应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~12月我院精神科收治的抗精神病治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。所有患者进行针对性的风险管理理念应用效果分析,对照组患者住院治疗期间应用常规护理,观察组患者则在接受治疗中实施风险管理,记录患者的意外事件发生率,并且调查患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者在接受治疗期间的意外事件发生率为4.4%(2/45),明显低于对照组的13.3%(6/45),同时观察组精神病患者对治疗的满意度为93.3%(42/45),明显高于对照组的80%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在精神科护理流程再造中结合风险管理能够有效降低意外事件发生率,同时提升总体的护理满意度,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the nursing process of psychiatric patients and reengineer it with risk management concept and analyze its application effect. Methods from January to December 2015, 90 patients with antipsychotic treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each with 45 cases. All patients were analyzed the effect of applying risk management concept. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing during hospitalization, while the patients in the observation group were treated with risk management to record the incidence of accidents. The nursing satisfaction of patients was investigated. Results the incidence of accidental events in the observation group was 4.4% (2 / 45), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (13. 3%) (6 / 45). At the same time, the satisfaction rate of the psychotic patients in the observation group was 93. 3% (42 / 45), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%) (36 / 45) (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of risk management and nursing process reengineering in psychiatric department can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents and improve the overall nursing satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
