术前体位训练配合术中体位调整对甲状腺切除术患者体位综合征的预防作用分析

【摘要】：正我院对接诊的70例甲状腺切除术患者实施术前体位训练和术中体位的调整,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1一般资料选取2014年3月-2015年3月接诊的140例行甲状腺切除术的患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机分为两组。研究组年龄为23~45岁,手术时间为72~144min,病程为2~6月;对照组年龄为24~47岁,手术时间为70~138min,病程为2~6月。
[Abstract]:In our hospital, 70 cases of thyroidectomy were treated with preoperative posture training and postural adjustment during operation. This paper reports the following 1. 1 materials and methods 1. 1 General data. 140 cases of thyroidectomy were studied from March 2014 to March 2015. According to the method of random number table, it was randomly divided into two groups. The age of the study group was 23 ~ 45 years, the operation time was 72 ~ 144min, the course of disease was 2 ~ 6 months, the control group was 24 ~ 47 years old, the operative time was 70 ~ 138 minutes, the course of disease was 2 ~ 6 months.
