早期系统康复锻炼对全膝关节置换术后患者临床疗效的影响

【摘要】：1目的观察全膝关节置换术后早期系统康复锻炼的临床效果。2方法选取我科2014年7月~2015年12月行单膝关节置换的70例患者,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组术后给予早期系统康复锻炼,对照组给予常规康复锻炼,比较两组患者术后早期膝关节功能及生活质量。3结果观察组患者术后14天、30天膝关节百分评分系统(HSS)评分分别为(88.1±3.4)分、(93.4±2.6)分,对照组分别为(83.8±3.6)分、(91.1±3.2)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义;术后7天、14天日常生活运动(ADL)评分分别为(84.1±5.6)分、(94.1±6.4)分,对照组分别(79.5±6.1)分、(88.4±7.6)分,差异有统计学意义。4结论全膝关节置换术后早期系统康复锻炼能加快患者康复,使患者膝关节功能早日达到理想水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of early systemic rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty. Methods 70 patients with single knee joint replacement from July 2014 to December 2015 in our department were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was given early systematic rehabilitation exercise, while the control group was given routine rehabilitation exercise. Results the knee joint function and quality of life (QOL) were compared between the two groups. The (HSS) scores of knee joint scoring system were (88.1 卤3.4), (93.4 卤2.6) and (83.8 卤3.6) and (91.1 卤3.2), respectively, in the observation group on the 14th day and 30th day after operation, and in the control group, they were (83.8 卤3.6) and (91.1 卤3.2), respectively. The (ADL) scores of ADL were (84.1 卤5.6), (94.1 卤6.4) and (79.5 卤6.1), (88.4 卤7.6), respectively. Conclusion early systematic rehabilitation exercise after total knee arthroplasty can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and make the knee joint function reach the ideal level as soon as possible.
