[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the diaries of urination between night shift nurses and non-shift nurses. Methods: a total of 58 female nurses, aged 20 to 43, were selected to work in the hospital ward of Peking University people's Hospital from January to June 2014. Among them, 28 nurses worked the night shift during the six months. The average age was (26.75 卤4.11) years, and the other 30 nurses were not required to shift the night shift during the six months. As a white shift group, the average age was (27.80 卤5.60) years old. The diaries of urination were recorded in the last week of this half a year, and the daily water intake was controlled at 1 500 ~ 2 000 mL during the recording period. The nocturnal urine was compared between the two groups during normal sleep, and the difference of voiding in 8 hours was compared. Results: the nocturnal urination volume [125 m L (0660 m L) vs.0 m L (0340 m L)] and the nocturnal urination frequency [0. 5 (0. 4 times) vs.0 (0? 2 times)] were significantly increased (P0.05) compared with those of the day shift nurses (P0.05). The nocturnal urination volume increased significantly in the two days after the night shift (P0.01). The urination volume [(542.35 卤204.66) m L vs. () 675.62 卤256.09) m L] and the number of urination [(2.24 卤0.69) vs. (2.91 卤0.73) times] were significantly decreased in the 8 h (2 pm-10 pm) in the afternoon compared with those in the white shift group (P0.05). Within 8 hours of night (10 pm-6 am), the urination volume [(309.74 卤162.74) m L vs. (199.38 卤153.98) ml P0. 01] and the number of urination [(1. 31 卤0. 52) vs. (0. 82 卤0. 55), P0. 01] were significantly increased between the night shift nurses and the white shift nurses. Conclusion: the shift of night shift obviously affects the urination of nurses and increases the quantity of night urine and the times of night urine.
