住院脑卒中主要照顾者照顾积极感受及影响因素

【摘要】：目的探讨住院脑卒中主要照顾者照顾积极感受现状及影响因素。方法 2013-08—12选择平顶山市某三级综合医院260例脑卒中主要照顾者,使用照顾者积极感受量表(positive aspects of caregiving,PAC)、脑卒中患者及主要照顾者一般资料进行调查。结果自我肯定(25.46±4.43)分,展望(13.04±2.57)分,积极感受总分(38.50±6.8)分。多元逐步回归显示,家庭月收入、婚姻状况、是否与患者同住、自觉健康状况是照顾者积极感受影响因素,可解释51.2%的总变异量。结论脑卒中主要照顾者照顾积极感受存在,且为中等偏上水平;临床工作者应结合其影响因素给予针对性支持,以提高主要照顾者心理健康及生活质量水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the status quo and influencing factors of care positive feelings of the main caregivers of stroke in hospital. Methods A total of 260 primary caretakers of stroke in a tertiary general hospital in Pingdingshan City were selected from 2013-08-12. The general data of stroke patients and main caretakers were investigated by using the caregivers' positive feeling scale (positive aspects of caregiving,PAC). Results Self-affirmation (25.46 卤4.43), outlook (13.04 卤2.57), positive feeling (38.50 卤6.8). Multiple stepwise regression showed that monthly family income, marital status, living with the patient, conscious health status were the influencing factors of caregivers' positive feelings, which could explain 51.2% of the total variation. Conclusion taking care of positive feelings of the main caretakers of stroke exists and is at the middle level, and the clinical workers should give targeted support in combination with the influencing factors in order to improve the mental health and quality of life of the main caretakers.
