中文版护士对老年患者营养护理态度量表的信效度研究

【摘要】：目的汉化护士对老年患者营养护理态度量表(The Staff Attitudes to Nutritional Nursing Care Geriatric scale,SANN-G),并对其信效度进行初步评定。方法采用Brislin双人翻译与回译模式及专家咨询法,译制英文版SANN-G,对196名老年相关科室的护士进行现况调查,检测其信效度。结果中文版SANN-G共有18个条目,因子分析提取5个公因子,累计贡献率为59.956%;量表总Cronbach'sα系数为0.806,重测信度为0.769,折半信度为0.735;各条目内容效度为0.83~1.00,量表内容效度为0.97。维度间的相关系数为0.387~0.619,各维度得分与总分的相关系数为0.645~0.791,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。量表总分已知组别效度显示,不同性别、工作年限、岗位编制、职称、月收入、是否有老年亲友患者及是否参加过老年营养培训课程比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中文版SANN-G具有良好的信效度,可作为我国护士对老年患者营养护理态度的评估工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese Nurses' Nutrition Nursing attitude scale (The Staff Attitudes to Nutritional Nursing Care Geriatric scale,SANN-G). Methods A total of 196 nurses in geriatric departments were investigated by using Brislin double translation and back translation mode and expert consultation, and their reliability and validity were tested. Results there were 18 items in the Chinese version of SANN-G, 5 common factors were extracted by factor analysis, the cumulative contribution rate was 59.956, the total Cronbach's 伪 coefficient was 0.806, the test-retest reliability was 0.769, and the half-fold reliability was 0.735. The content validity of each item was 0.83 卤1.00, and the content validity of the scale was 0.97. The correlation coefficient between dimensions was 0.3870.619, and the correlation coefficient between each dimension score and total score was 0.6450.791.The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The total score of the scale showed that there were significant differences in the validity of known groups, gender, working years, post establishment, professional title, monthly income, whether there were elderly relatives and friends, and whether they had participated in the training courses for elderly nutrition (P0.05). Conclusion the Chinese version of SANN-G has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to evaluate the attitude of Chinese nurses towards the nutritional care of elderly patients.
