品管圈管理在眼科护理实践中的运用与思考

【摘要】：在品管圈活动中,科室采取学习培训、建立健全机构,加强引导、引入激励政策和增强荣誉感等措施,19名护理人员职业认同感由85.19%提升到96.30%,患者对护理工作质量满意度由86.99%提升到97.66%;科室收集的意见、建议超出近5年总和;无医疗纠纷或责任事故发生。在实践中体会到,应进一步做好协调与物资技术保障,找准活动的主题和切入点,优化人员结构,完善激励机制,不断提高品管圈活动质量。
[Abstract]:In the activities of quality control circle, the department adopted measures such as learning and training, establishing and perfecting institutions, strengthening guidance, introducing incentive policies and enhancing the sense of honor, etc. The professional identity of 19 nurses was raised from 85.19% to 96.30%. Patients' satisfaction with nursing work quality increased from 86.99% to 97.66%. The opinions collected by the department exceed the sum of nearly 5 years; no medical disputes or liability accidents occur. In practice, we should do a good job of coordination and material technical support, find out the theme and entry point of the activities, optimize the personnel structure, perfect the incentive mechanism, and constantly improve the quality of quality control activities.
