综合护理干预在胆囊癌术后感染性并发症方面相关研究

【摘要】：目的探讨胆囊癌术后综合护理干预在感染性并发症预防方面的影响情况。方法选取2015-10-2016-10成都医学院第一附属医院手术治疗的46例胆囊癌患者;将患者按奇偶顺序分成试验组和对照组,对照组采取常规外科手术常规护理方法,试验组在此基础上给予有计划、有针对性的心理疏导、健康教育、饮食及运动指导的综合护理干预。结果总体术后并发症为12例(26.1%),46例患者中8例(17.4%)出现了感染性并发症;试验组为2例(8.70%),对照组为6例(26.09%);试验组患者术后感染性并发症明显比对照组患者感染性并发症减少,P0.05。结论综合护理干预可以促进患者康复,减少术后并发症,在临床参与疾病的治疗具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of infectious complications after operation of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods 46 patients with gallbladder carcinoma were selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from October to October 2015-2015-2016-10. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to odd and even order. The control group adopted routine nursing methods of conventional surgical operation. The experimental group was given planned, targeted psychological counseling and health education on this basis. Comprehensive nursing intervention of diet and exercise guidance. Results the total postoperative complications were 12 cases (26.1%), 8 cases (17.4%) of 46 patients had infectious complications, 2 cases (8.70%) in the trial group and 6 cases (26.09%) in the control group, and 2 cases (8.70%) in the experimental group and 6 cases (26.09%) in the control group. The infectious complications in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of patients, reduce postoperative complications, and play an important role in the treatment of diseases.
