新型敷料加压力治疗下肢静脉溃疡的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨藻酸盐银离子联合泡沫敷料加压力辅助治疗下肢静脉溃疡的效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年6月亳州市人民医院116例下肢静脉溃疡患者,按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各58例,对照组采用传统的外科换药方法,观察组采用新型敷料加适当的压力治疗,观察两组疗效。结果观察组愈合时间、换药次数[(22±10)d、(13±2)次]优于对照组[(36±15)d、(26±4)次],差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组浸渍、疼痛程度、创面再损伤均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论使用新型敷料加压力治疗下肢静脉性溃疡疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of alginate silver ion combined with foam dressing and pressure on venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods 116 patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity in Bozhou people's Hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 58) and observation group (n = 58). The treatment group was treated with new dressing and proper pressure, and the curative effect of both groups was observed. Results the healing time and times of dressing change in the observation group [(22 卤10) d, (13 卤2) times] were better than those in the control group [(36 卤15) d, (卤4) times], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in dipping, pain degree and wound reinjury (P0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of new dressing plus pressure on venous ulcer of lower extremity is remarkable.
