产前护理干预在妊娠高血压综合征产妇中的效果分析

【摘要】：目的探讨对妊娠高血压综合征的产妇实施产前护理方案的影响方法选取我院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组进行一般护理,试验组在对照组基础上进行产前综合护理。比较两组有效率及满意度。结果护理后,试验组总有效率为88.0%,明显高于对照组的62.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);同时,护理后试验组满意度为97.22%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压综合征实施产前护理方案的效果显著,能提高治疗总有效率,加大患者的满意度,值得临床大力推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of prenatal nursing program on pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods 100 patients with PIH admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Each 50 cases. The control group was given general nursing, and the experimental group was given antenatal comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. Efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the total effective rate of the test group was 88.0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of the test group after nursing was 97.22, significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of antenatal nursing program on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is remarkable, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment and increase the patients' satisfaction. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
