干细胞因子治疗——研究与展望

【摘要】:干细胞是一类具有自我更新能力的多潜能细胞,在一定的条件下,可分化为多种功能细胞。而干细胞因子是指可靶向调控干细胞的干性维持、定向分化等特性的重要因子,以及在干细胞治疗中产生的、对其修复损伤具有关键作用的活性因子。近年来,干细胞逐渐被应用到各种人类疾病的治疗中,但其临床应用仍然受到多种因素的制约。干细胞因子治疗为解决及避免这些问题带来了曙光,有望成为未来干细胞治疗的新方向。
[Abstract]:Stem cells are multi-potential cells with self-renewal ability. Under certain conditions, stem cells can be differentiated into multi-functional cells. Stem cell factor (SCF) is an important factor that can be targeted to regulate stem cell dryness maintenance, directional differentiation and other characteristics, as well as the active factor which is produced in stem cell therapy and plays a key role in the repair of stem cell injury. In recent years, stem cells have been gradually used in the treatment of various human diseases, but their clinical application is still restricted by many factors. Stem cell factor therapy brings the dawn to solve and avoid these problems, and it is expected to be a new direction of stem cell therapy in the future.
