心肌梗死患者延续性护理知识需求及影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解心肌梗死患者延续性护理知识需求并分析其影响因素,为相关干预性研究提供依据。方法采取便利抽样方法,对河北省3所三级甲等医院心脏科195例心肌梗死患者进行问卷调查。结果心肌梗死患者延续性护理知识需求总得分(155.71±13.345)分,心肌梗死患者对"饮食相关知识[(4.31±0.600)分]、运动相关知识[(4.30±0.629)分]"的维度及维度下的知识需求程度较高,而对"生活相关知识[(4.24±0.649)分]"的知识需求程度较低。经多元线性回归分析得出,年龄、文化程度、住院史是心肌梗死患者延续性护理知识需求程度的主要影响因素(P0.05)。结论心肌梗死患者延续性护理知识需求程度较高,应根据患者的具体需求开展针对性教育,提高心肌梗死患者延续期知识水平,从而帮助患者尽快回归家庭、回归社会。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the need of continuous nursing knowledge in patients with myocardial infarction and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 195 patients with myocardial infarction in 3 Grade 3A hospitals in Hebei province. Results the total score of continuous nursing knowledge requirement in patients with myocardial infarction was (155.71 卤13.345), and the "diet related knowledge [(4.31 卤0.600)] in patients with myocardial infarction. The degree of knowledge demand in dimension [(4.30 卤0.629)] and "life related knowledge [(4.24 卤0.649)]" was higher than that in "life related knowledge [(4.24 卤0.649)". Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level and hospitalization history were the main influencing factors of continuous nursing knowledge demand in patients with myocardial infarction (P0.05). Conclusion there is a high demand for continuous nursing knowledge in patients with myocardial infarction, so it is necessary to carry out targeted education according to the specific needs of patients, to improve the level of knowledge of patients with myocardial infarction during the continuance period, so as to help the patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible.
