贵州省瓮安县2015年孕妇麻疹、风疹和流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平监测分析

【摘要】：目的了解孕妇麻疹、风疹、流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)免疫水平,探讨成人及8月龄儿童上述疾病的发病原因,为制定疫苗针对性传染病防制策略提供依据。方法收集368份瓮安县孕妇血清标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测麻疹、风疹、流脑IgG抗体。结果在368份孕妇血清标本中,麻疹、风疹、A群流脑和C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率分别为82.88%、89.4%、92.12%和23.10%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为535.67 m IU/ml,51.19 IU/ml,5.56μg/ml和1.07μg/ml。结论瓮安县孕妇麻疹和风疹IgG抗体水平稍低,建议育龄妇女孕前接种含麻疹和风疹成分疫苗以有效控制小月龄儿童麻疹、风疹发病,预防先天性风疹综合征(CRS);孕妇对C群流脑的免疫力差,可能会出现C群流脑感染,建议育龄妇女孕前接种C群脑膜炎球菌疫苗,减少其感染风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the immunological level of measles, rubella and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (meningitis) in pregnant women, and to explore the causes of these diseases in adults and children at 8 months of age, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of vaccine-specific infectious diseases. Methods 368 serum samples of pregnant women in Weng'an County were collected. The antibodies against measles, rubella and IgG were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results the positive rates of IgG antibodies against measles, rubella, group A and group C in 368 pregnant women were 82.88% and 89.4%, respectively, and 23.10%, respectively. The geometric mean concentration (GMC) of antibody was 535.67 m IU/ml,51.19 IU/ml,5.56 渭 g/ml and 1.07 渭 g / ml, respectively. Conclusion the level of IgG antibody to measles and rubella in pregnant women in Weng'an County is slightly lower. It is suggested that pregnant women of childbearing age should be vaccinated with measles and rubella components before pregnancy in order to effectively control measles and rubella in young children and prevent (CRS); from congenital rubella syndrome. In order to reduce the risk of group C meningococcal infection, it is suggested that pregnant women should be vaccinated with group C meningococcal vaccine before pregnancy.
