我国外科出院患者延续护理实施现状及建议

【摘要】：正随着医疗水平的提升及优质护理的深入开展,患者对医疗服务的要求越来越高,传统医疗照护服务无法满足患者出院后的护理需求,患者在出院后仍会遇到不同的健康问题~([1-2])。在全世界致力于改善患者出院后生活质量的大背景下~([3]),患者出院后护理的协调性和连续性问题逐渐受到重视。而延续护理对于改善患者预后、促进患者康复、提高患者生活质量、降低再住院率及卫生服务成本均具有十分重要的意义~([4-5])。所谓延续护理是指通过一系列的行动
[Abstract]:With the improvement of medical level and the in-depth development of quality nursing, patients are demanding more and more medical services. The traditional medical care services can not meet the nursing needs of patients after discharge. Patients still encounter different health problems after discharge. In the context of worldwide efforts to improve the quality of life of patients after discharge, the coordination and continuity of nursing care after discharge has gradually been paid attention to. Continuous nursing is of great significance in improving the prognosis of patients, promoting the recovery of patients, improving the quality of life of patients, reducing the rate of rehospitalization and the cost of health services.
