植物甾醇、维生素E和多酚添加菜籽油对高脂饮食大鼠动脉粥样硬化致病因子的影响

【摘要】:目的研究营养改善(添加植物甾醇、维生素E和多酚)菜籽油(bioactivator-enriched rapeseed oil,BERO)对高脂饮食大鼠血脂、体内抗氧化能力以及炎性水平的影响。方法以普通菜籽油作为对照组,在其中添加不同剂量多酚、维生素E和植物甾醇制备成3组营养改善菜籽油:低剂量组(low-NERO,LNERO)、中剂量组(medium-NERO,MNERO)和高剂量组(high-NERO,HNERO)。40只雄性大鼠根据体质量随机分为4组,分别以添加了上述4种菜籽油的高脂饲料(含油量20%)持续喂养10 w,测定血脂水平、氧化抗氧化以及炎性因子等相关指标。结果与对照组相比BERO能显著降低大鼠血清总胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)的水平;提高血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平,有效降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)、白介素-6和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。结论多酚、维生素E,和植物甾醇添加菜籽油能降低高脂饮食大鼠血脂水平,增强体内抗氧化水平,改善炎性状态,且具有剂量依赖性,可能对动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of vegetable sterol, vitamin E and polyphenols on lipid, antioxidant capacity and inflammatory level of rats fed high fat diet with rapeseed oil (bioactivator-enriched rapeseed oil,BERO). Methods using common rapeseed oil as control group, three groups of nutritionally improved rapeseed oil were prepared by adding different doses of polyphenol, vitamin E and phytosterol: low dose group (low-NERO,LNERO) and medium dose group (medium-NERO,). MNERO and high-NERO,HNERO. Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body mass. The rats were fed with high-fat diet (20% oil) supplemented with the four kinds of rapeseed oil for 10 weeks to determine the level of blood lipid. Oxidation and anti-oxidation and inflammatory factors and other related indicators. Results compared with the control group, BERO significantly decreased the levels of serum total cholesterol (cholesterol,TC), triglyceride (triglyceride,TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C). Increase the activity of plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) catalase (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and decrease plasma malondialdehyde (MDA), effectively Levels of IL-6 and C-reactive protein (CRP). Conclusion polyphenols, vitamin E, and phytosterol supplemented with rapeseed oil can decrease the level of blood lipid, enhance the level of anti-oxidation and improve the inflammatory state in rats with high fat diet, in a dose-dependent manner. May have a protective effect on the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
