宫颈LEEP术后创面愈合不良患者的护理

【摘要】：目的探讨18例宫颈高频电波刀宫颈环切术(LEEP)后创面愈合不良患者的护理。方法对18例宫颈LEEP术后创面愈合不良的患者加强围手术期护理、健康教育、门诊随访指导。结果 18例宫颈LEEP术后创面愈合不良患者二次住院治疗后8周内宫颈创面完全愈合。结论加强病情观察,给予饮食、营养、卫生指导及心理疏导、门诊随访等护理干预,能有效促进宫颈LEEP术后患者康复。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the nursing care of 18 patients with poor wound healing after (LEEP). Methods to strengthen perioperative nursing, health education and outpatient follow up guidance for 18 patients with poor wound healing after cervical LEEP. Results 18 patients with poor wound healing after cervical LEEP were completely healed within 8 weeks after secondary hospitalization. Conclusion Nursing intervention such as diet, nutrition, health guidance, psychological guidance, outpatient follow-up and so on can effectively promote the recovery of patients after cervix LEEP.
