肠内营养信息化管理的设计及应用

【摘要】:随着临床对肠内营养(EN)支持的重视,EN与现代化信息技术接轨,避免人为差错造成医疗事故成为今后EN的必经之路。以下总结临床EN配制信息化闭环管理系统的设计和应用经验,阐释EN工作利用计算机信息化技术,确保EN支持的准确无误和病人安全的重要性。根据最终效果验证,EN的信息化管理可显著提高EN液配制的准确率,降低风险(错误)的发生率,并可显著提高工作效率,节约工作成本,达到无纸化办公的效果。
[Abstract]:With the clinical attention to enteral nutrition (EN) support, EN and modern information technology to avoid human error caused by medical accidents become the only way to EN in the future. The following is a summary of the design and application experience of closed loop management system for clinical EN compounding information, and the importance of using computer information technology in EN work to ensure the accuracy of EN support and patient safety. According to the final effect verification, the information management of EN can significantly improve the accuracy of EN liquid preparation, reduce the incidence of risk (error), and significantly improve work efficiency, save work costs, and achieve the effect of paperless office.
