优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年5月,通过我到综合医院收集病例,收治的冠心病患者116例作为研究对象。随机分组为对照组与观察组,各58例。观察组采用常规护理;观察组采用优质护理。记录下两组患者的护理结果并进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显更低,护理满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果良好,值得大力推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of high quality nursing in nursing of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 116 cases of coronary heart disease were collected from February 2015 to May 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the observation group and high quality nursing was used in the observation group. The nursing results of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results compared with the control group, the anxiety score, depression score and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the application effect of high quality nursing in coronary heart disease nursing is good and worth popularizing.
