【摘要】：正学术诚信对一个科研工作者一生的学术信誉有多么重要?学术创新对一个科研工作者一生的学术成绩有多么重要?那么,有谁能够客观的证明这些清白和这些事实的真实情况呢?2016年4月,国家教育部官网发布了《高等学校预防与处理学术不端行为办法》征求意见稿,定义了七类学术不端行为。其中伪造科研数据、资料、文献、注释,或者捏造事实、编造虚假研究成果为第三类;在申报课题、成果、奖励和职务评审评定过程中提供虚假学术信息为第五类。
[Abstract]:What is the importance of academic honesty to the academic reputation of a scientific research worker in his whole life? How important is academic innovation to the academic achievement of a researcher? Well, who can objectively prove these innocence and the truth of these facts? in April 2016, the Ministry of Education's official website published the "measures to prevent and deal with academic misconduct in Colleges and Universities," a draft for comment. Seven types of academic misconduct are defined. Falsifying scientific research data, materials, documents, notes, or fabricating facts, and fabricating false research results are the third category; providing false academic information in the process of reporting subjects, achievements, awards and job evaluation and evaluation is the fifth category.
