关节炎自我效能感量表-8在类风湿关节炎患者中应用的信效度研究

【摘要】：目的翻译并评价关节炎自我效能感量表-8(ASES-8)在类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中应用的信效度。方法于2015年9—12月,采用便利抽样法选取天津医科大学总医院风湿免疫科住院部RA患者101例,对ASES-8进行翻译、修订,形成中文版ASES-8,对患者进行调查,采用项目分析、探索性因子分析及相关分析评价中文版ASES-8的信效度。结果项目分析显示中文版ASES-8能够鉴别高分组与低分组,条目-条目及条目-总分之间的相关系数范围为0.338~0.952。经主成分分析,共提取1个共同因子,各条目因子负荷≥0.652,累计方差贡献率为66.24%,结构效度良好。中文版ASES-8与健康调查简表(SF-36)生理功能(r=0.529,P0.01)、慢性病治疗功能评估-疲劳量表(FACIT-F)(r=0.660,P0.01)得分呈正相关,与医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)-抑郁(r=-0.625,P0.01)、HADS-焦虑(r=-0.612,P0.01)、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)(r=-0.610,P0.01)得分呈负相关。中文版ASES-8总体内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.920,删除某项后总体Cronbach'sα系数波动范围为0.897~0.926,重测信度为0.986。结论中文版ASES-8具有良好的信度和效度,为今后以提高自我效能为目的的干预性研究提供了有效的评估工具。

Methods from September to December, 2015, 101 patients with RA in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method. The ASES-8 was translated and revised, and the Chinese version of ASES-8, was formed to investigate the patients. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of ASES-8. Results the item analysis showed that the Chinese version of ASES-8 could distinguish between the high score group and the low group, and the correlation coefficient between the item and the total item score was 0. 338 / 0. 952.
