【摘要】：正肝吸虫为常见胆道寄生虫,虫体多寄生于次级胆管内,其分泌物及代谢产物引发的机械刺激可导致胆管上皮、粘膜下血管破坏,进而导致炎性损害、变态反应,严重者可出现胆道梗阻、胆汁淤积甚至重症胆管炎。为此,本研究就LC治疗肝吸虫性胆管炎的护理配合进行了分析。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取本院2011年2月至2016年2月收治的150例肝吸虫胆管炎患者。按照随机数字表法,将
