一种便携式步态分析系统的信度研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨一种便携式步态分析系统在时空参数、多关节角度值的信度。方法:选取30例健康青年,由2名评估者进行便携式步态分析,记录步频、步幅、步速、步长等时空参数和行走时矢状面、水平面和冠状面各关节活动角度的最大值,采用相关系数进行重测信度和测量者间信度的比较,评估其测量信度。结果:时空参数、矢状面最大角度值组内相关系数(ICC)均0.75,信度良好;水平面、冠状面最大角度值ICC无显著性差异或信度差。结论:该便携式步态分析系统分析时空参数、矢状面最大角度值信度良好,可良好地反映步行功能,有较好的评估价值;水平面及冠状面关节角度值信度较低,应用时需谨慎。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the reliability of a portable gait analysis system in space-time parameters and multi-joint angle values. Methods: a total of 30 healthy young people were selected for portable gait analysis. The spatial and temporal parameters such as gait frequency, gait, gait speed and step size were recorded, and the maximum angle of motion of sagittal plane, horizontal plane and coronal plane were recorded. Correlation coefficient was used to compare test retest reliability and inter-test reliability to evaluate the measurement reliability. Results: the time-space parameters, the correlation coefficient (ICC) of sagittal plane maximum angle group were all 0.75, the reliability was good, but there was no significant difference or poor reliability in horizontal plane and coronal maximum angle value ICC. Conclusion: the portable gait analysis system has good reliability of maximum angle value on sagittal plane, which can well reflect walking function and has better evaluation value, while the reliability of horizontal plane and coronal joint angle value is lower, so it needs to be careful in application.
