抗-P1对输血相容性检测的影响

【摘要】:目的回顾性分析8例抗-P1标本,为抗-P1引起的输血相容性检测困难提供解决方案。方法血型鉴定采用强生Auto VUE玻璃珠卡式法,正反定型不一致样本用试管法进行复查;抗体筛查用强生Auto VUE抗人球卡进行检测,阳性样本用Diana抗人球卡做抗体鉴定;试管法鉴定被检者红细胞上是否存在P1抗原,必要时检测反定试剂红细胞是否存在P1抗原;统计8例标本配血相合率。结果 8例抗筛阳性标本均导致ABO正反定型不符,抗体鉴定结果均为抗-P1,配血相合率为14%-67%。结论抗-P1引起正反定型不一致时,应使用P1抗原阴性试剂红细胞进行血型反定型,以确保结果的准确性。

Methods Blood group identification was carried out by Johnson Auto VUE glass bead card method, positive and negative inconsistent samples were reexamined by test tube method, antibody screening was detected by Johnson Auto VUE anti-human ball card, positive samples were identified by Diana anti-human ball card, P1 antigen was detected on red blood cells by test tube method, P1 antigen was detected by reverse reagent red blood cells if necessary, and the matching rate of 8 samples was counted. Results the positive and negative typing of ABO was found in all 8 positive samples. The results of antibody identification were anti-P1, and the rate of matching blood phase was 14% 鈮,
