替加环素、米诺环素对VanM型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌体外抗菌活性

【摘要】:目的了解替加环素及米诺环素对Van M型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌临床分离株的体外抗菌活性。方法收集2006—2014年上海地区临床分离Van M型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌45株;采用PCR扩增及测序确认菌种和万古霉素耐药基因型;测定替加环素及米诺环素等10种抗菌药物对Van M型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌的MIC。结果 45株临床分离株均确认为Van M型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌;所有菌株对万古霉素高度耐药(MIC 128~256 mg/L),对替考拉宁耐药率为71.1%。几乎所有菌株对左氧氟沙星(100%)和氨苄西林(97.8%)耐药,对米诺环素、庆大霉素和利福平的耐药率分别为15.6%、64.4%和82.2%,未检出替加环素和利奈唑胺耐药株。结论替加环素和米诺环素对Van M型万古霉素耐药屎肠球菌有良好的体外抗菌活性。
