深圳市境外建筑设计实践研究与辨析

【摘要】：深圳是我国改革开放的窗口,是国内率先对外开放的经济特区。凭借着改革开放的春风和自身的主动发展,在30多年后的今天,深圳获得了巨大的进步。深圳的城市建设取得了令世人惊叹的成就,其建设量之大,建设速度之快,使深圳跃居成为中国四大准一线城市(北京、上海、广州、深圳)之一。深圳对外开放的先进性,增加了深圳建筑市场对境外建筑师及设计机构的吸引力。研究深圳36年来境外建筑的发展历程,对于研究中国境外建筑设计和深圳整体建筑设计市场都有重要意义。面对深圳庞大的境外建筑设计总量,笔者以公共建筑作为主要研究对象进行研究,从纵向、横向两方面,通过深圳境外设计的自我对比和与国内其他城市境外设计的对比,总结和探索深圳境外建筑设计的发展历程,演进特征及其影响。本文以对深圳境外建筑设计作品的统计分析和代表作品的调研研究为切入点,从设计数量、国家分布、建筑类型统计和分布区域几个方面进行统计分析,通过外部与内部的双层比较,对深圳境外建筑设计做出初步研究;依托深圳境外建筑的发展阶段,针对超高层建筑、文化建筑和商业建筑做特定分析,进一步对深圳境外建筑设计的发展特征进行解析;最后通过不同建筑类型的代表性建筑的调研和研究,进一步解读境外建筑师及设计机构在深圳的发展情况,并通过分析深圳境外建筑设计的优点和不足,概括出境外设计对深圳城市建设、城市风貌、市民生活、本土设计机构的影响,以期能对本土建筑师的设计实践活动有所启示,同时也为国内对境外设计的研究提供学术参考。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen is the window of China's reform and opening to the outside world, is the first special economic zone. With the spring wind of reform and opening up and its own initiative development, more than 30 years after today. Shenzhen has made great progress. Shenzhen's urban construction has made amazing achievements. With its large amount of construction and rapid construction, Shenzhen has become one of the four largest quasi-first-tier cities in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou). The advanced nature of Shenzhen's opening to the outside world has increased the attractiveness of Shenzhen's construction market to foreign architects and design institutions. The development of Shenzhen's overseas buildings over the past 36 years has been studied. It is of great significance to study the overseas architectural design of China and the overall architectural design market of Shenzhen. In the face of the huge amount of overseas architectural design in Shenzhen, the author takes public buildings as the main research object, from the longitudinal. Horizontal two aspects, through the Shenzhen overseas design self-contrast and the contrast with other domestic cities overseas design, summarizes and explores the Shenzhen overseas architectural design development course. The evolution characteristic and its influence. This article takes the statistical analysis and the representative work investigation and research of the Shenzhen overseas architectural design works as the breakthrough point, from the design quantity, the national distribution. Statistics of architectural types and distribution of several aspects of the statistical analysis, through the external and internal two-tier comparison, to make a preliminary study of the Shenzhen offshore architectural design; On the basis of the development stage of Shenzhen's overseas buildings, this paper makes a specific analysis on the super high-rise buildings, cultural buildings and commercial buildings, and further analyzes the development characteristics of Shenzhen's offshore architecture design. Finally, through the research and research of representative buildings of different architectural types, this paper further explains the development of overseas architects and design institutions in Shenzhen, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of overseas architectural design in Shenzhen. This paper summarizes the influence of overseas design on Shenzhen's urban construction, urban features, civil life and local design institutions, in order to enlighten the design practice of local architects. At the same time, it also provides academic reference for overseas design research.
