【摘要】:为进一步提高能源利用率和提升低品位余热的品质,实现能量梯级利用,针对燃气机热泵系统开展了制冷性能实验及余热驱动的有机朗肯循环理论仿真研究。结果表明:燃气机热泵系统制冷量、发动机余热以及发动机一次能耗均随燃气发动机转速升高而增大;性能系数(COP)及一次能源利用率(PER)随蒸发器进水温度的升高而增大,但随发动机转速升高而降低。COP和PER分别高于6.0和1.1。在蒸发温度60~86℃范围内,以R245fa作为有机工质的有机朗肯循环热力学第一定律热力效率为7.39%~10.95%,热力学第二定律?效率为42.65%~52.25%。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve energy utilization and improve the quality of low-grade waste heat, energy cascade utilization can be realized. The refrigeration performance of gas engine heat pump system and the simulation study of organic Rankine cycle driven by waste heat are carried out. The results show that the refrigerating capacity of gas engine heat pump system is high. The residual heat of the engine and the primary energy consumption of the engine increase with the increase of the speed of the gas engine. The coefficient of performance (COP) and the primary energy utilization ratio (per) increased with the increase of the inlet temperature of the evaporator.
