XH学校新校区建设项目工程风险管理研究

【摘要】：作为一类在当代企业管理日趋先进的前提下所产生的管理类学科,项目风险管理在日常管理体系中占据着关键性作用。尤其是针对XH新教学区的建设作业来说,拥有投入资金多、科技水平要求严格、建设时间漫长、吸收资金的形式多种多样以及工程品质要求苛刻等特征,以上特征让新教学区在进行建设作业中,隐藏了不可预知的风险。所以,开展全面的风险评估对新教学区的建设作业是至关重要。论文探究了新教学区建设作业的基本情况、风险内涵与实际的调控措施。第一,分析全球有关工程风险管理范围内的研发成就,同时了解研发的现实情况,有目的性的针对建设作业风险管理基本原理开展研究,使它能为以后的风险管理的深入探索提供理论上的支持,其次,细致探究XH新教学区工程作业在不同时期将会遇到的风险,包含策划时期、作业时期、资产危机等,再次,就具体的工程风险运用不一样的风险调控计划,其中囊括了策划时期风险调控计划、工程作业时期风险调控计划、资产风险调控计划,使其更有效的促使工程顺利完工。
[Abstract]:As a kind of management discipline under the premise of the modern enterprise management is becoming more and more advanced. Project risk management plays a key role in the daily management system, especially for the construction of XH new teaching area, with more investment, strict requirements of science and technology, long construction time. The forms of absorbing funds are various and the engineering quality is demanding. The above features make the new teaching area hide the unpredictable risk in the construction work. It is very important to carry out a comprehensive risk assessment for the construction of the new teaching area. The paper explores the basic situation of the construction of the new teaching area, the risk connotation and the actual control measures. First. This paper analyzes the research and development achievements in the scope of global engineering risk management, and at the same time, understands the reality of research and development, and carries out a purposeful research on the basic principles of risk management of construction operations. So that it can provide theoretical support for the further exploration of risk management. Secondly, carefully explore the risk of XH new teaching area engineering work in different periods, including the planning period, the operation period. Third, the specific project risk control plan, which includes the planning period risk control plan, the project operation period risk control plan, the asset risk control plan. Make it more effective to facilitate the smooth completion of the project.
