【摘要】：精益建筑供应链在减少供应链浪费、提高供应链绩效方面的优势得到了建筑行业的普遍关注,但目前建筑企业的管理组织存在功能缺失现象,无法满足精益建筑供应链对协同合作的基本要求,因此不能达到预期的管理效果。为此,运用活性系统模型对精益建筑供应链的内外组织结构进行设计,对精益建筑供应链协同组织的子系统功能进行分析,为精益建筑供应链的协同合作提供组织基础。
[Abstract]:The advantages of lean construction supply chain in reducing the waste of supply chain and improving the performance of supply chain have been paid more attention in the construction industry . However , the current management organization of the construction enterprise has the function of missing function and cannot meet the basic requirements of the lean construction supply chain for the cooperative cooperation , so that the expected management effect cannot be met . To this end , the active system model is used to design the internal and external organization structure of the lean building supply chain , and the subsystem function of the lean construction supply chain cooperative organization is analyzed , and the organizational foundation is provided for the cooperative cooperation of the lean construction supply chain .
