【摘要】:伴随着住宅建筑的蓬勃发展,建筑能耗剧烈增长,引发了一系列环境、能源、人口和社会问题,建筑能耗已成为总能耗中比重最大的部分,建筑节能就成为全社会节能工作的首要问题。进入21世纪,人类秉持可持续发展理念,建筑开始由传统的高能耗模式转向高效生态可持续发展模式,绿色建筑变成了当今世界建筑发展的必然趋势。本论文依托于十二五国家科技支撑计划课题“西北干旱区城镇绿色建筑技术集成研究与示范”,进一步对城镇农宅节能节水进行研究。分析适于宁夏地区围护结构的构造技术和节水措施。以宁夏银川市月牙湖乡低层住宅为研究对象,以建设生态、环保、可持续发展的节能型住宅为目的,对住宅围护结构进行深入研究,并应用BIM技术进行能耗模拟分析,对宁夏地区城镇农民自建住宅、传统新建和典型模式住宅进行能耗对比,月牙湖乡低层农宅典型模式节能率到达65%以上,性能优越,具有推广可示范的价值。构建节能型住宅围护结构可行的理论框架,总结出当下在宁夏地区最适宜的、切实可行的城镇住宅围护结构的节能设计方案,为今后宁夏地区节能住宅围护结构的建设提供技术参考。宁夏地处干旱区,城镇合理利用水资源尤为重要,对农宅进行节能研究的同时提出合理的节水措施并进行分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of residential construction, building energy consumption increased sharply, triggering a series of environment, energy, population and social problems, building energy consumption has become the largest proportion of total energy consumption, building energy conservation has become the primary problem of the whole society of energy conservation. In twenty-first Century, people began to pursue the concept of sustainable development, building energy consumption by the traditional mode to efficient ecological sustainable development mode, green building has become the inevitable trend of world architecture development. This paper is based on the 12th Five-Year National Science and technology support program "urban integration in arid area of Northwest China green building technology research and demonstration", further to the farm house urban energy saving analysis. Suitable for constructing technology of retaining structure in Ningxia area and water saving measures. In Ningxia Yinchuan city yueyahu Township Lower House as the research object, in order to build an ecological, environmental protection, sustainable development For the purpose of energy-saving residential development, in-depth study of the residential building envelope, and the energy consumption simulation analysis and application of BIM technology, the farmers built residential area of Ningxia Town, the energy consumption compared to the traditional and typical patterns of new residential, yueyahu Township low level farming curtilage typical mode of energy saving rate reaches more than 65%, superior performance, with the promotion of demonstration can be the value of building envelope energy saving housing. Feasible theoretical framework, summarizes the present in the Ningxia area of the most suitable, energy-efficient design of urban residential building envelope feasible, for the future construction of buildingenvelope Ningxia residential areas to provide technical reference. Ningxia is located in arid areas, the rational utilization of water resources in towns is particularly important. Research on energy saving of rural house and reasonable water-saving measures are proposed and analyzed.
