煤矿废弃地景观重塑与工业遗产再利用研究

【摘要】：长久以来,煤炭产业在我国社会生产力的发展中起着非常重要的作用,为国民经济提供了资源方面的保证。但因其不合理的开发利用使生态环境遭到严重破坏,加上煤炭资源枯竭导致大量煤矿废弃地出现。面对这一突出问题,急需要探明一种符合我国煤矿废弃地转型再利用的方式。由于煤矿废弃地内的建构筑遗留物及煤矿开采工艺流程有着不可估量的历史、文化与技术等工业遗产价值,不仅为煤炭城市的生态治理与产业转型提供了新型转机,更探明了煤矿废弃地再利用应采取生态恢复与工业遗产再利用的形式走向景观重塑改造再利用的模式,并从景观与生态等多方面综合考虑,制定长远的规划,使煤矿废弃地实现资源的循环利用,带动煤矿城市的产业转型。本论文通过文献阅读、实际调研与国内外案例研究为主,分析了煤矿废弃地景观重塑中工业遗产再利用的国内外发展历程与煤矿废弃地再利用的形式及价值等诸多方面。依据煤矿废弃地工业遗产分布范围,结合场地生态及景观特征,把景观设计学、美学、后工业景观和工业遗产等多方面的理论融入到煤矿废弃地景观重塑再利用的过程中,最终改造成具有历史价值、景观价值与文化价值的工业旅游休闲地,或文化创意园等利用形式。并探究了煤矿废弃地遗留资源的处理策略,论述了煤矿废弃地景观重塑的具体原则,及对煤矿废弃地各种基地元素的保留再利用。最终通过对地貌修复、生态恢复和植被重建等生态处理方式,完成对煤矿废弃地景观重塑,及工业遗产再利用的研究。本论文选取了济宁落陵煤矿工业遗址为改造设计案例,该煤矿废弃地因资源枯竭关闭,工业遗址保存相对完整,具有一定的历史和工业景观价值。通过对落陵煤矿自然环境与工业遗存状况的实地调查,总结出落陵煤矿改造再利用的设计理念和形成设计方案,并在论文中详细分析了改造方案,为以后煤矿废弃地景观重塑的研究提供了一些参考。最后总结了本论文研究的主要内容,及存在的不足之处,和对今后的研究内容提出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the coal industry has played a very important role in the development of social productivity in China, which has provided the national economy with the guarantee of resources, but the ecological environment has been seriously damaged because of its unreasonable exploitation and utilization. Combined with the depletion of coal resources, a large number of abandoned coal mines appear. There is an urgent need to find a way to meet the needs of the transformation and reuse of the abandoned land of coal mine in China. Because of the construction of the abandoned land in the coal mine and the mining process has an inestimable history. The value of industrial heritage, such as culture and technology, not only provides a new turning point for the ecological governance and industrial transformation of coal cities. Furthermore, it is proved that the reuse of coal mine abandoned land should take the form of ecological restoration and industrial heritage reuse to the pattern of landscape reconstruction, reconstruction and reuse, and make long-term planning from landscape and ecological aspects. Make coal mine waste land to realize the recycling of resources, promote the industrial transformation of coal mining city. This paper through literature reading, actual research and domestic and foreign case studies mainly. This paper analyzes the development course of industrial heritage reuse in the landscape reconstruction of coal mine abandoned land, the form and value of coal mine abandoned land reuse, and so on, according to the distribution range of industrial heritage of coal mine abandoned land. Combined with site ecology and landscape characteristics, the theories of landscape design, aesthetics, post-industrial landscape and industrial heritage are integrated into the process of landscape reconstruction and reuse of abandoned land in coal mines. Finally transformed into the historical value, landscape value and cultural value of industrial tourism leisure land, or cultural and creative garden, and explore the disposal strategy of the remaining resources of the abandoned land of coal mine. This paper discusses the concrete principles of landscape reconstruction of coal mine abandoned land, and the retention and reuse of various base elements of coal mine abandoned land. Finally, the ecological treatment methods such as geomorphology restoration, ecological restoration and vegetation reconstruction are adopted. This paper selected the industrial site of Jining Luoling coal mine as a design case, the coal mine abandoned land was closed due to the depletion of resources. The industrial site is relatively intact and has a certain historical and industrial landscape value. Through the field investigation of the natural environment and industrial remains of Luoling Coal Mine. This paper summarizes the design concept and formation design scheme of the reconstruction and reuse of Luluoling Coal Mine, and analyzes the reconstruction scheme in detail in this paper. It provides some references for the study of landscape reconstruction of coal mine abandoned land in the future. Finally, this paper summarizes the main contents of this paper, and the shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions for the future research.
