【摘要】:随着近年来建筑业的高速发展,施工现场机械化程度越来越高,建筑施工升降机在建筑施工中得到越来越广泛的应用。施工升降机操作工人在建筑施工特种作业人员群体中,属于文化程度最低,人员素质最差的群体之一。这个群体有着他们的特殊性,只通过日常教育培训或者是班前技术交底让他们按要求来进行操作,未必能收到预期的效果,也不够现实。目前,我们的处于一个高度信息化社会,利用生物信息确认,已经渐渐成为未来发展新方向。采用对比分析方式可以了解到,虹膜具备卓越的生物特征,拥有高健壮属性与高持久属性,主要体现在以下层面,包括唯一性特点、稳定性特点、非侵犯性特点,以及防伪性特点等。同时,虹膜识别技术在生物特征识别中具有最佳的精确度。所以,借助于虹膜信息特征进行施工升降设施的身份识别,存在分析的价值。若以工作者为视角分析,在作业中没有增加复杂度,仅是要在未启动设备前进行身份核实,若以管理者为视角探讨,此项举措能够带来更高的安全性能与稳健性能。本文的研究对象是利用虹膜识别技术组建成施工升降机安全监控系统,对施工升降机的日常运作、安装拆卸、维护保养及运行警报等方面进行安全监控。通过剖析本系统的运作原理,如何利用操作人员的虹膜信息,实现对施工升降机进行实时监控、远程监控、实时警报等功能,从而起到对施工升降机及时有效的安全监管,降低施工升降机的安全事故。同时,通过虹膜识别技术在亿佳商业中心施工升降机监控的应用实例,阐述施工升降机日常、安装及封顶后施工升降机安全监控系统的操作,从而得出施工升降机安全监控系统在使用过程中的效果及启示。降低施工升降机的安全事故、保证施工升降机的安全正常运作,为建筑施工现场的安全管理提供一道重要的保障,这不仅是关乎一个建筑市场的安全保障,还关乎着千万个建筑施工从业人员及家庭生命财产安全的保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry in recent years, the degree of construction site mechanization is becoming higher and higher. The construction hoist is more and more widely used in the construction. The workers of the construction hoist are the least educated among the special construction workers. One of the worst quality groups. This group has their particularity, only through daily education and training or pre-class skills to enable them to operate as required, may not be able to achieve the desired results. At present, we are in a highly information society, the use of biological information confirmation, has gradually become a new direction of development in the future. Iris has excellent biological characteristics, high robust and high persistent attributes, mainly reflected in the following levels, including uniqueness, stability, non-invasive, and anti-counterfeiting characteristics. At the same time. Iris recognition technology has the best accuracy in biometric identification. Therefore, the identification of construction lifting facilities with the help of iris information features has the value of analysis. There is no added complexity in the job, but only to verify the identity before the device is started, if the manager is the perspective of the discussion. This measure can bring higher safety performance and robust performance. The research object of this paper is to use iris recognition technology to set up the construction elevator safety monitoring system, to the daily operation of the construction elevator, installation and removal. Through analyzing the operation principle of the system, how to use the iris information of the operator to realize the real-time monitoring and remote monitoring of the construction hoist. Real-time alarm and other functions, so as to play a timely and effective safety supervision of the construction hoist, reduce the safety accidents of the construction hoist. At the same time. Through the application of iris identification technology in the construction elevator monitoring of Yijia Commercial Center, this paper expounds the operation of the daily, installation and safety monitoring system of the construction lift after the installation and sealing of the roof. In order to obtain the construction elevator safety monitoring system in the use of the effect and enlightenment, reduce the safety of construction hoist accidents, to ensure the safe and normal operation of the construction lift. It provides an important guarantee for the safety management of construction site, which is not only related to the safety of a construction market, but also to the safety of thousands of construction workers and family life and property.
