【摘要】:论文探究了锆硅渣的性能及其在发泡混凝土砌块及水泥基灌浆料中的作用。确定了锆硅渣的煅烧处理方法及其最佳掺量,得出了锆硅渣对胶砂试件抗压强度及抗折强度影响规律,得到结论如下:锆硅渣颗粒呈疏松多孔状,内含有大量无定形二氧化硅,能有效改善水泥基材料的成型质量和力学性能等。借助XRD、SEM等分析锆硅渣水泥水化产物,发现锆硅渣中无定型二氧化硅在各龄期均可与Ca(OH)2进行二次水化反应,同时对钙矾石的结晶有促进作用。锆硅渣作为掺合料制备的发泡混凝土,与没有掺加的发泡混凝土相比,自然养护下强度发展快、成型质量好、抗压强度高、导热系数小。锆硅渣的加入可改善发泡混凝土孔结构,促进水化反应发生,提高基体内结构致密度。锆硅渣煅烧温度为500℃,掺量为5%时制作的发泡混凝土密度为377 kg/m3,抗压强度为2.4 MPa,导热系数为0.085 W/(m·K),满足《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》(GB/T11968-2006)的技术规范指标要求。对水泥基灌浆料组分中的细集料砂、减水剂和膨胀剂对进行探究,确定水泥基灌浆料的最佳配合比:水胶比0.25,细集料砂100%,聚羧酸高效减水剂1.0%,膨胀剂10%。锆硅渣作为掺合料制备水泥基灌浆料,能有效改善水泥浆体的粘稠度,成型质量好,力学强度高。当锆硅渣的掺量超过7.5%时,水泥基灌浆料料浆初始流动度小于290 mm,已经达不到灌浆料流动度标准要求。当掺量为2.5%,处理温度为500℃时,锆硅渣水泥基灌浆料的1 d,3 d及28 d抗折强度分别为7.56 MPa、11.86 MPa、22.43 MPa;1 d,3 d及28 d抗压强度分别为43.58 MPa、79.75 MPa、116.13 MPa,达到《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》(GB/T50448-2008)的标准要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the properties of zirconium silicon slag and its role in foaming concrete block and cement based grouting material were studied. The calcination treatment method and the optimum content of zirconium silicon slag were determined. The effect of zirconium silicon slag on compressive strength and flexural strength of cemented sand is obtained. The conclusion is as follows: zirconium silicon slag is porous and contains a large number of amorphous silicon dioxide. It can effectively improve the molding quality and mechanical properties of cement-based materials. The hydration products of zirconium silicon slag cement are analyzed by means of XRDX SEM and so on. It is found that amorphous silica in zirconium silicon slag can react with Ca(OH)2 for secondary hydration at all ages and promote the crystallization of ettringite. Zirconium silicon slag is used as admixture to prepare foamed concrete. Compared with foamed concrete without adding zirconium and silicon slag can improve the pore structure of foamed concrete and promote hydration reaction.
