【摘要】:近几年,国家大力推进地下综合管廊的发展,管廊工程的建设正如火如荼的在各地展开。由于管廊工程本身的特殊性,在施工的过程中要采取一些先进的技术手段来保证工程建设目标的实现。BIM技术最近几年在我国应用越来越广泛,应用的领域也越来越多。随着管廊的建设发展,我们也发现在施工过程中存在着一些问题。首先,施工协调困难。管廊工程呈线型,施工作业面长,并且在施工过程中往往伴随着道路的施工,各建设主体之间沟通存在壁垒。其次,没有行之有效的工程计量软件,还是以手工算量为主,准确率较低,不利于成本控制。钢筋工程下料没有较为可靠的钢筋工程量数据,偏差较大。最后,管廊工程管线、机电设备众多,外加场地、廊体的限制,施工过程中吊装困难,并且对管线、机电设备的定位以及参数信息的存档也没有比较科学的技术手段。本文主要运用BIM技术来解决管廊建设中的工程质量、进度、成本中一些难以使用传统方式进行有效控制的工作。通过运用BIM技术解决施工过程中协调不力、交底困难的问题;使用BIM软件完成钢筋工程的建模、复杂节点钢筋排布、钢筋工程量计量;通过BIM 4D进行进度管理,实时参照,动态调整工作进度;借助BIM技术演示大口径管线的吊装,解决场地狭小、吊装孔孔径过窄的问题;使用BIM技术进行施工场地的布置,在形成三维可视化模型的同时,计算临时设施的用量统计,方便进行成本控制;使用BIM软件统计管廊工程混凝土工程量,形成可靠的工程量数据,为成本控制提供依据。通过在工程中的实际应用,BIM技术确实能在一些常规手段难以解决的地方大放异彩,为地下管廊施工带来了诸多便利。在地下综合管廊的施工过程中,运用BIM技术能在质量控制、进度控制、成本控制方面发挥很大的作用。BIM技术的应用不仅仅是技术手段的革新,更是管理模式的突变。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the country to vigorously promote the construction of the underground pipe gallery, gallery project is like a raging fire in around. Due to the special nature of the tunnel itself, to take some advanced technical means to ensure the realization of the goal of the construction of.BIM technology in recent years in China are becoming more and more widely in construction in the process, the application is more and more. With the rapid development of pipe gallery, we also found that in the construction process there are some problems. Firstly, the coordination of construction difficulties. Secondly, no effective software engineering measurement, or in the manual calculation, the accuracy is low, is not conducive to cost control. Finally, tunnel engineering pipeline, electrical and mechanical equipment and large venues, the corridor is restricted, lifting difficulties in the process of construction, and the pipelines, positioning of electromechanical equipment and archiving parameter information nor technical means more scientific. This paper mainly uses the BIM technology to solve the engineering construction in the gallery of quality the progress of some difficult to use the traditional way to effectively control the work cost. Through the use of BIM technology to solve the construction process of poor coordination, tests the problem; use BIM software to complete the modeling of reinforcement engineering, complex section reinforcement arrangement, reinforced by BIM 4D project measure; schedule management, real-time reference, dynamic adjustment with the help of BIM technology demonstration schedule; hoisting of large diameter pipes, solve the small venues, lifting the aperture is too narrow; the construction site using BIM technology in the form of three-dimensional layout. As the model at the same time, the amount of statistical calculation of temporary facilities, convenient and cost control; using BIM statistical software engineering concrete pipe gallery project, the formation of engineering quantity of reliable data, provide the basis for cost control. Through the practical application in engineering, BIM technology can indeed be difficult to solve in some conventional means place to shine, it brings a lot of convenience for underground tunnel construction. In the construction process of the underground pipe gallery, the use of BIM technology to control the progress in quality control, application of.BIM technology to play the role of great cost control is not just a technical means of innovation, it is mutated in management mode.
