【摘要】:钙矾石是硫铝酸盐水泥水化的主要产物,决定着硫铝酸盐水泥的性能,而在硅酸盐水泥混凝土中影响也非常重要。钙矾石的形成条件决定了其形貌,其形成时间影响着水泥和混凝土的性能。采用化学合成方法合成钙矾石,研究了不同合成条件对钙矾石形成和形貌的影响。结果表明:不同原料合成的钙矾石形貌显著不同且长宽比差异显著;适当提高温度能够促进钙矾石的形成,80℃条件下反应可以形成钙矾石且形貌多样,100℃条件下反应钙矾石不能稳定存在;随着液相p H值的增加,钙矾石的长宽比逐渐减小;硼酸抑制钙矾石在(001)方向的生长。
[Abstract]:Ettringite is the main product of sulphoaluminate cement hydration, which determines the performance of sulphoaluminate cement, and the influence in Portland cement concrete is also very important. Ettringite formation conditions determine its morphology. The formation time affects the properties of cement and concrete. Ettringite is synthesized by chemical synthesis. The effects of different synthesis conditions on the formation and morphology of ettringite were studied. The results showed that the morphology and aspect ratio of ettringite synthesized from different raw materials were significantly different.
