【摘要】:随着教育事业的不断发展和“以人为本”的教学理念的不断深入,作为“第二课堂”的学生生活区被重视起来。通过加强对于学生行为活动和心理需求的引导,满足学生在物质和精神上的需求,更有利于高校实现现代化的教学理念。由于深圳市土地资源不足,城中村改造进程不断加速,桂庙村1即将面临改造重建的现实状况。笔者通过长时间地观察和调研,深入地了解学生在桂庙村中的行为活动和心理需求。在调研的过程中,笔者发现了当下桂庙村建设的优点与不足。桂庙村学生生活区忽略了学生的行为活动与心理需求:在公寓楼的建设中,缺乏对于学生宿舍空间、公寓楼公共空间、男女性别差异等方面设计的考虑;在商业空间的建设中缺乏清晰的规划,致使商业空间不足、商业设施无序发展等问题;室外空间缺乏对自行车停放、交往活动等空间的设计,使得生活区难以适应学生日益增长的行为活动和心理需求。本文基于学生行为活动和心理需求的视角,探讨未来桂庙村有关于学生活动部分的相关设计,研究桂庙村的改造重建,为深大学子提供一个更有利于生活、学习、交往的桂庙村。本文首先通过介绍选题的研究背景、作用与意义,明确桂庙村设计中的研究对象——即深大学子在桂庙村中的行为活动和心理需求,使得调研与分析具有切实的意义;简要介绍桂庙村的情况,为下文的研究做铺垫;通过文献的阅读与实际的观察、调研,笔者总结了学生的行为活动和心理需求特征;通过实地的调研,笔者分析总结了学生在桂庙村的行为活动和心理需求以及与之相关设计的问题;最后通过分析学生行为和心理需求以及其与建筑设计中的相互关系,提出对于学生行为模式视角下的桂庙村设计原则和具体设计策略。指导原则包括:整体性原则、复合性原则、舒适性原则;设计策略包括:桂庙村功能布局、交通设计、商业设设计、公共开放空间设计、创意园设计、公寓楼设计策略,以此作为对未来桂庙村改造重建的借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education and the deepening of "people-oriented" teaching concept, students as the "second classroom" living area has been attached importance to, through strengthening the guidance of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs. To meet the material and spiritual needs of students is more conducive to the realization of modern teaching ideas in colleges and universities. Due to the shortage of land resources in Shenzhen the process of village transformation in the city is accelerating. Guimiao Village 1 is about to face the reality of reconstruction. Through a long period of observation and investigation, I deeply understand the behavior and psychological needs of students in Guimiao Village. The author found the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Guimiao Village at present. The students' living area of Guimiao Village neglected the students' behavioral activities and psychological needs: in the construction of apartment building, the lack of dormitory space for students. Public space in apartment buildings, gender differences between men and women, and other aspects of design considerations; The lack of clear planning in the construction of commercial space leads to the shortage of commercial space and the disorderly development of commercial facilities. Outdoor space is lack of space design for bicycle parking and communication activities, which makes it difficult to adapt to the growing behavior and psychological needs of students. This paper based on the perspective of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs. To explore the future of the Guimiao Village about the relevant design of student activities, research on the reconstruction of Guimiao Village, to provide a more conducive to life, learning for the students of Shenzhen University. First of all, this paper introduces the research background, function and significance of the topic, and clarifies the research object in the design of Guimiao Village, that is, the behavioral activities and psychological needs of the students of Shenzhen University in Guimiao Village. Make investigation and analysis have practical significance; This paper briefly introduces the situation of Guimiao Village and paves the way for the research below. Through the reading of literature and actual observation and investigation, the author summarizes the characteristics of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs; Through the field investigation, the author analyzes and summarizes the behavioral activities and psychological needs of students in Guimiao Village and the related design problems. Finally, through the analysis of the behavior and psychological needs of students and the relationship between them and architectural design. This paper puts forward the design principles and specific design strategies of Guimiao Village from the perspective of student behavior pattern. The guiding principles include: integrity principle, compound principle, comfort principle; The design strategies include: functional layout, traffic design, commercial design, public open space design, creative park design, apartment building design strategy, as a reference for the future reconstruction of Guimiao Village.
