平遥古城商业空间发展利用研究

【摘要】：商业功能是城市功能重要组成部分,它与城市发展和居民生活紧密联系。特别是对以第三产业为主的旅游城市,随着城市不断发展、产业升级和空间重组,城市商业空间也相应发生着变化。平遥古城是我国保存最为完整的汉民族建造的县城,它以其独特的晋商文化和独有的“龟城”格局吸引着海内外大量的游客,2015年游客量已达到808.3万人。随着城市旅游业的兴起,给平遥古城的保护和发展都带来重大的影响,尤其是古城商业的发展问题已经到了不得不解决的地步。本文以平遥古城为研究对象,通过对古城商业街区的实地调研,深入考察了古城商业街区概况、商业发展史和商业现状。通过对古城商业建筑、街道以及空间的分析,找出古城商业空间发展存在的问题。再结合国内外城市商业发展原则、先进技术方法以及平遥古城商业发展优势条件,对古城商业空间的问题提出解决对策。最后以获批的平遥古城下西门详细规划为研究样本,从理论和实践两个方面来研究古城商业空间发展策略。第一章是绪论主要介绍论文研究的背景、意义、对象、内容、研究的方法以及论文的框架。第二章对国内外古城商业发展相关理论和实例进行研究,包括国外的图底理论、场所理论、历史街区复兴、连接理论和拼贴城市;国内诸多学者在历史街区复兴等方面的理论成果,并结合实际案例进行分析。第三章主要分析平遥古城商业空间现状,包括平遥古城概况、古城商业空间概况、商业发展史和商业规划现状,得出古城商业空间发展存在的问题,古城发展优势条件,最后提出本文研究的必要性。第四章提出平遥古城商业空间开发利用对策,通过对古城商业空间开发原则和商业空间改造技术方法进行总结分析得出平遥古城商业空间发展对策。第五章对现行古城商业规划进行实例分析,论证提出方法的可行性。第六章得出结论,总结论文的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Commercial function is an important part of urban function, which is closely related to urban development and residents' life. Especially for tourist cities with the tertiary industry as the main industry, with the continuous development of cities, industrial upgrading and spatial reorganization. Pingyao ancient city is the most intact county built by Han nationality in our country. It attracts a large number of tourists at home and abroad with its unique Jin merchant culture and unique "turtle city" pattern. In 2015, the number of tourists has reached eight million eighty-three thousand. With the rise of urban tourism, the protection and development of Pingyao ancient city have brought great influence. In particular, the development of the ancient city business has reached the point of having to be solved. This paper takes Pingyao ancient city as the research object, through the field investigation of the ancient city commercial block, in-depth investigation of the ancient city commercial district overview. Through the analysis of the commercial buildings, streets and spaces of the ancient city, the problems existing in the development of the commercial space of the ancient city are found, and the principles of the commercial development of the cities at home and abroad are combined. Advanced technical methods and the advantages of Pingyao ancient city commercial development conditions, put forward solutions to the problems of commercial space of the ancient city. Finally, the approved Pingyao ancient city Ximen detailed planning as a research sample. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, significance, object and content of the research on the background, significance, object and content of the paper. The history of business development and the current situation of business planning, get the problems of the development of commercial space in ancient city, the advantages of the development of ancient city conditions. Finally, the necessity of this study is put forward. Chapter 4th puts forward the countermeasures for the development and utilization of commercial space in Pingyao ancient city. By summarizing and analyzing the principles of commercial space development and the technical methods of commercial space transformation, the countermeasures of commercial space development of Pingyao ancient city are obtained. Chapter 5th analyzes the current commercial planning of the ancient city by examples. Chapter 6th draws a conclusion and summarizes the shortcomings of the paper.
