我国城市街区制住区设计策略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的住区建设一直以封闭式居住小区模式为主,虽然在一定时期内解决了城市人口对住房数量的需求。但也暴露出了许多问题和缺陷,比如规模过大加重城市交通拥堵,边界消极使街道失去活力,空间封闭浪费了城市空间资源,功能配置不全降低了居民生活品质,住宅建筑单调呆板使城市特色丧失等。基于对上述背景的思考,本论文将当前国内外提倡的城市街区制住区模式作为研究对象,研究范围包括街区制住区模式最重要的四个因素:功能、尺度、公共空间以及建筑风貌。希望通过分析国内外街区制住区模式的四个决定性因素的设计策略,为我国城市居住区的建设提供一些参考。推动我国城市住区模式从"居者有其屋"到"居者优其屋"的转变。本论文的研究主线是:第一章中对相关概念进行了界定,给出街区制住区的定义,并指出了对其研究的意义;第二章对封闭式居住小区的特征、问题和产生原因进行了分析,并借鉴了国外住区模式的相关理论,对街区制住区模式涵义、设计原则和分类进行了研究;第三章从用地功能混合以及建筑功能混合的角度研究了街区制住区功能混合的设计策略;第四章从道路交通、商业效益和交往空间角度对街区制住区的规模、尺度进行了研究,并研究了小尺度的开发策略;第五章从空间的序列、开放度以及公共空间中心的设计三个方面对街区制住区公共空间的营造策略进行了研究;第六章从住区对于建筑多样化的需求方面研究,分别分析了多样化的条件以及街区、建筑的多样化设计策略。论文最后分析了街区制住区在我国发展的阻力,并对其相关理论的研究推进和实践进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the construction of residential areas in our country has been based on the closed residential district model. Although it has solved the demand of urban population for the number of housing in a certain period of time, it has also exposed many problems and defects. For example, the scale of urban traffic congestion is aggravated, the boundary makes the streets inactive, the space closure wastes the urban space resources, and the function allocation does not completely reduce the quality of life of the residents. The monotony of residential buildings causes the loss of urban characteristics and so on. Based on the above background, this paper takes the urban block residential model advocated at home and abroad as the research object. The scope of the study includes the most important four factors: function, scale, public space and architectural style. It is hoped to analyze the design strategies of four decisive factors of residential district model at home and abroad. This paper provides some references for the construction of urban residential areas in China, and promotes the transformation of urban residential areas from "Home ownership" to "Home ownership". The main research line of this thesis is as follows:. The first chapter defines the related concepts. The definition of block residential area is given, and the significance of its research is pointed out. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics, problems and causes of the enclosed residential district, and studies the meaning, design principles and classification of the residential district model based on the relevant theories of the foreign residential area model. The third chapter studies the design strategy of the residential district function mixing from the angle of land use function mixing and building function mixing. Chapter 4th studies the scale and scale of block residential area from the angle of road traffic, commercial benefit and communication space, and studies the development strategy of small scale. Chapter 5th studies the construction strategy of public space in residential district from three aspects: the sequence of space, the degree of openness and the design of public space center. Chapter 6th studies the demand for architectural diversification in residential areas, analyzes the conditions of diversification and the design strategies of blocks and buildings respectively. Finally, the paper analyzes the resistance to the development of residential districts in China. The research and practice of the related theories are prospected.
