【摘要】：随着中国城市化的飞速发展,工业老城区逐渐衰落,许多旧工业建筑在长时间闲置后,面临着"拆毁"、"重建"的命运,秉承着可持续发展的战略,将其富赋予新的功能和意义,已经成为国家发展的主要任务之一。"后现代主义"所具备的"兼收并蓄"为旧工业改造设计的实现提供了可能,并且帮助其达到更高的要求。相比国外,我国对旧工业建筑室内改造理论缺乏系统和全面的研究,相对落后,很大一部分原因在于中国对建筑改造的觉醒意识较晚,导致整个设计体系发展缓慢。本文从后现代主义入手,分析国内外旧工业建筑室内改造设计的发展现状,通过研究相关理论和实际工程案例,解决旧工业建筑室内改造设计所面临的难题。本文将从旧工业理论和实践的角度分析国内外具体现状,发现旧工业建筑室内改造设计目前面临的难题。利用对比研究、理论与实际结合的方法、文献研究法来归纳和阐述相关概念,为接下来的后现代主义旧工业建筑室内设计研究做好理论与实践的铺垫。论述后现代主义的基本概念,从经济、社会环境、文化等方面说明后现代主义的产生原因。通过研究后现代主义发展历程,阐述后现代主义的主要风格流派,包括极简主义风格、结构主义风格、波普主义风格、生态主义风格等。并从建筑设计、景观设计、规划设计、室内设计分别列举出后现代主义在其领域呈现的相关案例。分析了工业建筑、旧工业建筑、旧工业建筑室内改造设计的相关概念、说明了旧工业建筑的保护、修复、修缮、改造的相关意义,从旧工业建筑的角度分析了可持续性在室内设计中的重要性。基于全文总结了后现代主义在旧工业建筑室内改造设计手法,挖掘到后现代主义在旧工业建筑室内设计的创新理念,从材料、色彩、光照等方面寻找创新。从功能、空间、布局、材料和改造与重造的不同角度分别阐述了旧工业建筑室内改造设计的方法,并分析出其可行性的因素,即(1)解构空间布局,完善空间功能(2)主张新旧融合,强调符号文化(3)丰富室内色彩,加强材料语言与光照手法等,并用案例的方式加以分析。本文研究重点在于后现代主义在旧工业建筑室内改造设计中的应用研究,用后现代主义的特征运用到旧工业建筑室内改造设计中去,并对中国国内现有的后现代主义旧工业建筑室内改造设计方法进行概括和总结,为设计师们提供相关参考,总结其中的规律,以晓未来发展趋势。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's urbanization and the gradual decline of the old industrial city, many old industrial buildings are facing the fate of "demolishing" and "rebuilding" after a long period of idle, and adhering to the strategy of sustainable development. Giving it rich new functions and significance has become the main national development of Ren Wuzhi. "Postmodernism" with "eclectic" for the old industrial transformation of the design of the realization of possible. And help it to meet higher requirements. Compared with foreign countries, our country lacks systematic and comprehensive research on the theory of indoor reconstruction of old industrial buildings, which is relatively backward. A large part of the reason is that China's consciousness of building renovation is late, which leads to the slow development of the whole design system. This paper analyzes the development status of the interior reconstruction design of the old industrial buildings at home and abroad from post-modernism. Through the study of relevant theories and practical engineering cases to solve the problems faced by the interior reconstruction design of the old industrial buildings. This paper will analyze the domestic and foreign specific situation from the perspective of the theory and practice of the old industry. Find out the problems existing in the interior reconstruction design of the old industrial buildings. Use the comparative study, the method of combining theory with practice, the method of literature research to sum up and explain the related concepts. For the next research on the interior design of the post-modernist old industrial buildings, the paper makes a good theory and practice of the theory and practice, discusses the basic concepts of post-modernism, from the economic, social environment. By studying the development of postmodernism, this paper expounds the main styles of postmodernism, including minimalism, structuralism and Popularism. Ecological style and so on. And from the architectural design, landscape design, planning and design, interior design respectively enumerates the post-modernism in its field of related cases, analyzed industrial buildings, old industrial buildings. The related concepts of the interior reconstruction design of the old industrial buildings illustrate the relevant significance of the protection, repair, repair and renovation of the old industrial buildings. The importance of sustainability in interior design is analyzed from the point of view of old industrial buildings. Dig into the post-modernism in the old industrial building interior design innovation concept, from the materials, colors, lighting and other aspects of innovation. From the function, space, layout. The methods of interior reconstruction design of old industrial buildings are expounded from different angles of material and reconstruction, and the feasible factors, I. E. deconstruction space layout, are analyzed. Perfect space function 2) advocate new and old fusion, emphasize symbol culture 3) enrich indoor color, strengthen material language and illumination technique and so on. This paper focuses on the application of post-modernism in the interior reconstruction design of old industrial buildings, and applies the characteristics of post-modernism to the interior reconstruction design of old industrial buildings. It also summarizes the existing interior design methods of post-modernism old industrial buildings in China, and provides relevant references for designers and summarizes the rules in order to understand the development trend in the future.
