【摘要】：通过数据资料分析我国监理行业发展现状,结果表明监理行业发展遭遇困境。以此为依据探究造成目前状况的行业内在因素,进而发现传统工程监理业务模式亟待改革。借鉴Partnering模式在国内外项目管理方面的成功经验,提出基于Partnering的工程监理业务新模式及其实践流程、关键影响因素,并为推广这种新模式提出建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of supervision industry in China, the result shows that the supervision industry has encountered difficulties. Based on this analysis, the author explores the internal factors that cause the present situation. It is found that the traditional business model of engineering supervision needs to be reformed urgently, and the successful experience of Partnering mode in project management at home and abroad is used for reference. This paper puts forward a new mode of engineering supervision business based on Partnering and its practice flow, key influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions for popularizing this new mode.
