房建施工中防渗施工技术的应用分析

【摘要】：经济与社会的发展和进步,人们物质生活水平得到有效提高,全面小康社会目标的不断发展,生活质量成为人们关心的重点。众所周知,人们生活水平提高的同时,对建筑质量有了更高的需求,但是在房建施工中仍旧存在安全隐患,一方面影响工程质量,另一方面威胁人们的生命财产安全,而安全隐患中,渗漏是一项主要的内容,其造成的影响及危害很大,所以在房建工程中使用防渗技术非常重要,因此,需要加强对防渗施工技术的研究,保证房屋质量与安全。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of economy and society, people's material living standard has been improved effectively, the goal of overall well-off society has been developing constantly, and the quality of life has become the focus of people's concern. With the improvement of people's living standards, there is a higher demand for the quality of buildings, but there are still hidden dangers in the construction of houses. On the one hand, it affects the quality of the project, on the other hand, it threatens the safety of people's lives and property. In the hidden danger of safety, leakage is one of the main contents, its impact and harm is very great, so it is very important to use anti-seepage technology in the housing construction project. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on anti-seepage construction technology. Ensure housing quality and safety.
