基于可持续发展理念的当代住宅建筑改造设计探研

【摘要】：住宅建筑是所有建筑中占比最高的建筑类型,随着人口的迅速增长,人们的居住环境面临严峻的挑战。随着社会的进步,经济的发展,人们对于人居环境“质量”的要求也在提高。住宅建筑的改造可以提高住宅使用率,改善建筑适应性,且迎合可持续发展理念。本文通过对若干住宅建筑改造设计案例进行系统地分析整理,研究建筑师如何根据建筑自身特点及其所处环境完成相应设计工作,总结梳理出在可持续发展理念的基础上当代住宅建筑改造设计的新趋势。论文在可持续发展理念的基础上从四个角度对住宅建筑改造案例进行分析,即材料、结构、功能布局、生态。材料方面,以天然材料和人工材料为主要研究对象,分析了它们在建筑改造中的设计特点;结构角度,从延续原建筑结构体系和置入新结构体系两方面对建筑改造的设计进行探研;功能布局角度分别从重置建筑功能类型和延续建筑功能类型两方面着手;生态角度主要是研究建筑高技的生态改造和低技的生态改造。经济技术的发展使材料的选择变得多样化,新材料的使用也使得建筑焕然一新。无论是既有建筑中的材料还是在改造中加入的新材料,颜色、硬度、质感各不相同,营造的氛围也是独具特色。功能类型改变的建筑改造是对建筑资源的有效再利用。建筑功能布局的改造,是对建筑使用功能的优化,使其焕发新生。结构类型的改造是对既有建筑结构体系的更新,使建筑满足现在使用的需求。在当下社会中,生态建筑备受关注,生态建筑的改造是根据建筑所在地的自然环境的特点,并通过自身的构造或是运用新技术新设备来达到建筑与环境的有机结合以及对现有资源的充分利用。
[Abstract]:Residential building is the highest type of architecture in all buildings. With the rapid growth of population, people's living environment is facing severe challenges. With the progress of society, the development of economy. The demand for "quality" of human settlement environment is also raised. The renovation of residential buildings can increase the rate of residential use and improve the adaptability of buildings. And cater to the concept of sustainable development. Through the systematic analysis and arrangement of a number of residential building reconstruction design cases, this paper studies how to complete the corresponding design work according to the characteristics of the architecture and its environment. Summarize and sort out the new trend of contemporary residential building reconstruction design based on the concept of sustainable development. Based on the concept of sustainable development, the paper analyzes the case of residential building reconstruction from four angles, namely material. In terms of structure, functional layout, ecology and materials, the design characteristics of natural materials and artificial materials are analyzed. From the structural point of view, from the continuation of the original architectural structure system and the placement of new structural system to explore the design of the architectural transformation; The function layout angle starts from two aspects of the reset building function type and the continuation building function type respectively; Ecological perspective is mainly to study the ecological transformation of high-technology architecture and low-tech ecological transformation. The development of economic technology makes the choice of materials become diversified. The use of new materials also makes the building look new. The color, hardness and texture are different from those in the existing building or the new material added in the transformation. The construction of the atmosphere is also unique. The alteration of the function type of the building is the effective reuse of the building resources. The transformation of the functional layout of the building is the optimization of the use of the building. The transformation of the structure type is the renewal of the existing building structure system, so that the building can meet the needs of the current use. In the current society, ecological architecture has received much attention. The transformation of ecological building is based on the characteristics of the natural environment of the building location, and through its own structure or the use of new technology and new equipment to achieve the organic combination of building and environment and the full use of existing resources.
